This Privacy Policy forms the basis for the processing of your personal data and provides information on what kind of user data is collected by Ziias and how this data is used. Ziias complies with the applicable data protection laws and processes personal data solely for the purposes for which the data was submitted.     

This Privacy Policy may be amended, supplemented or modified from time to time. With each new call or visit to the website, the current, retrievable version applies.

 

When visiting the company’s website www.ziias.com, statistical visitor data is collected on which parts of the website is visited, particularly frequently, by the respective user. For example, data regarding the browser used by the user, operating system, weblogs and other connection data may be collected, regardless of whether their collection is necessary for our or other purposes. In this context, it is sometimes necessary that so-called cookies are used. These collected data do not contain any personal reference or are sufficiently anonymized so that no conclusions can be drawn about you as a person.

 

Ziias does not automatically collect personal data of users, such as their name, address, telephone number or e-mail address. An exception to this is information is that the user voluntarily submits personal data to Ziias by filling out website forms such as newsletters.

If you have signed up for our newsletter with your email address, we will store and use your email address to send you our newsletter with information and advertising about us and our products until you unsubscribe from our newsletter.

Ziias may use social media plugins on its website, e.g. from Facebook, Google or Instagram. These platforms have their own data protection regulations over which we have no influence.

If the user does not wish any of these plugins to be loaded, it is recommended to log out of the corresponding social media service. Furthermore, various browsers can be set or supplemented with add-ons (e.g. Facebook blocker) so that the social media plugins are not loaded.

 

Ziias may use personal data in accordance with this Privacy Policy. Beyond that, personal data will not be disclosed to third parties.

 

The exception to this is, if the user has consented to the disclosure of the data to companies that are not affiliated with Ziias or if Ziias is required to do so by law, by the authorities or by a court of law. In addition, if service providers that assist Ziias in data processing, website administration or otherwise, as well as in the provision of the products and services requested by the user, are involved. These third parties are obliged to maintain the same level of security and data protection as Ziias.

 

Unfortunately, the transmission of data via the Internet is not absolutely secure. We cooperate with service providers and Internet providers who take appropriate technical and organizational security precautions to protect the personal data of users. However, we cannot guarantee the security of the data transmitted by the user. Any data transmission is therefore at the user’s own risk.
